SPRO 8MP (4K) 4-in-1 Colour Night 2.0 Dual Illumination Turret Audio Camera DHD80/28LRG-4-M

The new 8MP (4K) 4-in-1 Colour Night 2.0 Turret camera has finally arrived, capturing colourful videos and audio* day and night with the aid of its supplemental 40m white light however now packs a punch with built-in infrared technology allowing the IR to produce standard black and white night video throughout the night, freeing up the white light LED to only activate when the camera detects motion – causing a security light effect.

The new model can be use in either of the following lighting modes:

• Warm Light & IR Mode (Default) – unlike the first generation, this mode allows the white light to act like a security like meaning the camera will default to black and white mode at night and the white light will illuminate on detection of an AI event.
• Warm Light Mode – just like the first generation, this mode allows the white light on the camera to automatically illuminate in low light conditions. It will also turn off automatically at sunrise or until there is adequate ambient light.
• IR mode – just like a conventional camera, infrared mode will switch the video into black and white. With the built in AI functionality on SPRO recorders, the white light can be triggered when a human or vehicle triggers a pre-defined zone or perimeter.

The camera supports all the 4 technologies including AHD, TVI, CVI & CVBS allowing it to be switched over and used with third party recorders and is IP67 weatherproof, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

Note, this dual illumination analogue camera requires certain new model recorders with built-in support for dual illumination analogue camera. If you use this camera in conjunction with an older SPRO recorder not listed in the compatibility list below or a third party recorder, the camera will default into black & white mode at night however you can switch the light mode via the OSD menu through a DVR to have the camera act like the first generation model where the light activates and stays on throughout the night.
